Here, again, we are not talking of the TUYY mass formula in
particular, because the TUYY mass formula featrues the relatively
small number of parameters as a mass formula expressing the masses as
a simple and explicit functions of N and Z. Other formulae contain
about 500 parameters, because they have one parameter for each value
of A in addition to N and Z.
